The Assault On America Gains Ground
The internationalist cabal that seeks to destroy America has been having a good week. Three different situations are moving in their favor, and our own President, an activist judge, and the US Congress are all helping them out.
Item number one involves, incredibly, President Bush against his own home state of Texas. In prison in Texas is a brutal murderer and rapist by the name of Jose Medellin, a Mexican national. Apparently, Medellin was never told that he could contact the Mexican Consulate at the time of his arrest and now Mexico wants him to go free. The Mexican government is now pursuing this case in the International Court of Justice and President Bush thinks that Texas ought to acquiesce to this and give this murderer and rapist of two teenage girls another shot. In other words, the state of Texas should give up its independence to an international organization that has absolutely no authority to question any of its laws.
Of course our judicial branch of government cannot be outdone by the executive branch. San Francisco District Court Judge Charles Breyer, brother of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer, has ruled against the Social Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security. At issue is the fact that the SSA has been sending out No-Match letters to employers in cases where the SSA has an employee with an incorrect SS#. The SSA has been doing this since 1994. Due to the terrorist threat, the DHS has been inserting a page to let employers know why this is being done and also advising employers to not arbitrarily dismiss anyone. Justice Breyer however, believes that this is putting an unfair burden upon illegal workers, and he is being supported in this by the ACLU, the AFL-CIO, the US Chamber of Commerce, and the National Immigration Law Center. There is no unfair burden on anyone, and the above listed groups have their own obvious agendas. America's security is being sacrificed to the open borders lobby that wishes to destroy American border sovereignty and allow the illegal invasion to continue.
The third attack upon American sovereignty involves the Law of the Sea Treaty, or L.O.S.T. This outright power grab will alllow international oversight, control, and taxation (called fees) of American shipping and under-sea mining, and even inhibit the operation of the U.S. Navy. The treaty was rejected over 25 years ago by President Reagan, but now President Bush and the congress are pressing ahead to sign this abomination of international law. It is hard to stand by and watch as the three branches of our federal government, our President, our judiciary, and our congress, blithely give away American sovereignty to international powers in outright violation of their oath of office to support and defend our Constitution and our homeland. This incredible hubris in rejecting the very foundations of our freedom, the Constitution, rule of law, and will of the people, is happening for one reason, and one reason only. It is happening because the two major parties have accrued to themselves a virtual lock on power in Washington. They have manipulated the election process and convinced everyone that only they can be elected and only they have experience and wisdom. With this attitude, they do not fear "we the people" holding them accountable, for in their way of thinking, the people have no other choice, nowhere else to go.
How any American citizen can stand by and watch these betrayals happen, and then say that in 2008 they will once again vote for another of these elites, vote one more time for the lesser of two evils, is unimaginable. If anyone does so, they are complicit in these treasonous acts of selling out this nation to the new world order/one world government activists who hate America and wish to see her destroyed.
This theft of our birthright on such a major scale involving every level of the federal government marks the beginning of the end for America as we once knew her to be. Every patriot who loves this country should be in anguish, and anyone who votes for these traitors is themselves a traitor! I challenge anyone to dispute this! |
